A public memorial for Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA and a well-known conservative activist, will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, next weekend.

The conservative grassroots group was created in 2012 by Kirk, who passed away at the age of 31. Millions of people were reached by the nationwide movement that started in a garage in Lemont, Illinois. Turning Point’s official outlets made the announcement on Saturday.

A tribute posted on the memorial website, fightforcharlie.com, described Kirk as a man of faith, conviction, and leadership. It highlighted his dedication to God, his family, and the nation. “Charlie died doing what he loved: fighting for truth, for faith, for family, and for America,” the tribute read.
