The teens, who went by the moniker \u201cTremendous Twelve,\u201d gained notoriety online after they brilliantly constructed a human arrow to guide a police helicopter to two fleeing burglary suspects. Additionally, they traveled with their faithful dog, a Yorkshire terrier named Molly, just like Enid Blyton\u2019s fictional characters.<\/p>\n

The children, who spoke to The Mail on Sunday about their incredible experience for the first time, said yesterday: \u201cWe feel really proud \u2013 it was awesome.\u201d When they observed the helicopter circling, they were on an Easter egg hunt in the midst of a field close to Capel, Surrey. They were between the ages of six and twelve.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was really noisy, and we could see it said \u201cpolice\u201d on the bottom,\u201d a nine-year-old girl recalled. Then we noticed a man racing along the field\u2019s edge. The man was seen removing his jumper and wrapping it around his head.<\/p>\n

They were attempting to yell at the pilot, she continued.<\/p>\n

She went on to explain that despite their efforts to yell and scream for the chopper to turn toward the man, it was really pointing in the opposite direction.<\/p>\n

\nTwo of my pals then remarked, \u201cLet\u2019s get into an arrow,\u201d and we positioned ourselves on the ground.<\/p>\n
