When I was about 14, something strange happened to me one night. I went to bed at my usual time, as I had every other night, without thinking anything out of the ordinary was going to occur. I felt the same comfort and safety in my room, and after a few minutes of lying there, I drifted off to sleep. However, what followed was anything but normal.<\/p>\n

I woke up what felt like just a few hours later, but the sunlight coming through the window seemed unusual. It was bright and piercing, almost as if I had missed an entire day. As I groggily looked at the clock, I realized with horror that I had been asleep for two full days. Panic immediately set in, and I couldn\u2019t understand how or why this had happened.<\/p>\n

In a state of alarm, I rushed downstairs to find my family. I had to know if they had noticed anything strange during my sleep. I ran into the living room and frantically asked them, \u201cDo you know that I\u2019ve been sleeping for two days? What happened? Why didn\u2019t anyone wake me?\u201d My mind was racing, and I just needed answers, but my family\u2019s response left me even more confused.<\/p>\n

They didn\u2019t seem to react the way I expected. Instead of being concerned or offering any explanation, they acted completely indifferent. I sat down at the kitchen table, trying to make sense of it all. My mind kept circling back to the strange occurrence, and the more I thought about it, the more unsettled I became. Why was my family acting so strangely? How could they not be concerned that I had been unconscious for so long?
