Dobbs started his career at KBLU radio in Arizona before moving to television in the mid-1970s and joining NBC\u2019s King-TV in Seattle. In 1980, he hosted Moneyline, a business news program on CNN, and was among the network\u2019s earliest reporters.<\/p>\n

He departed CNN in 2009 because of controversy surrounding his coverage of illegal immigration,. He began hosting \u201cLou Dobbs Tonight\u201d on Fox Business in 2010 and continued until its cancellation in 2021.<\/p>\n
