President\u00a0Donald Trump\u00a0slammed a reporter during a press conference on Tuesday for repeatedly interrupting him, saying that the country was tired of \u201chorrible people\u201d like him.<\/p>\n
Trump was asked about some of the people that he pardoned who were involved in the January 6 riot in 2021.<\/p>\n
The reporter tried to pit Trump against Vice President JD Vance by asking him why Vance was \u201cwrong\u201d about something that he said.<\/p>\n
As Trump started to answer the question, the reporter repeatedly interrupted him, leading Trump to snap back.<\/p>\n
\u201cListen to me for a second. Stop interrupting,\u201d the president chaffed.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey served years in jail and if you look at the American public, the American public is tired of it. Take a look at the election. Just look at the numbers on the election,\u201d he continued. \u201cWe won this election in a landslide because the American public is tired of people like you that are just one-sided, horrible people in terms of crime.\u201d<\/p>\n
Trump said that reporters like the one who repeatedly interrupted him \u201cdon\u2019t talk about all the people that have been killed and what happens to those murderers.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cMurderers get no time. You take a look at some of these DAs, they go after political opponents, but they don\u2019t go after people that shoot people in the street,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n
