My client is very wealthy. A few days after her visit, she broke down in tears and told me she had lost her earrings.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, Mr. Chen,\u201d the tourist confirmed, his voice steady but cold. \u201cI travel incognito to ensure my establishments are up to standard. Clearly, this one is not.\u201d<\/p>\n

The other employees watched in horror as their manager\u2019s arrogance crumbled. \u201cPlease, sir, I\u2026 I didn\u2019t know\u2026 I apologize!\u201d the manager stuttered.<\/p>\n
