According to Liz Rodriguez, the actor\u2019s publicist, Michael Madsen passed away at the age of 67.<\/p>\n
The Rodriguez family told CNN that Madsen suffered a heart collapse and was discovered unconscious in his Malibu home on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Madsen\u2019s managers Susan Ferris and Ron Smith, as well as Rodriguez said in a joint statement, \u201cIn the last two years Michael Madsen has been doing some incredible work with independent film, including upcoming feature films Resurrection Road, Concessions and Cookbook for Southern Housewives, and was really looking forward to this next chapter in his life.\u201d<\/p>\n
