Fans have been left concerned over Simon Cowell\u2019s appearance in a cosy family photograph. Simon Cowell was cosied up to fianc\u00e9e Lauren Silverman \u2013 after alarming fans with his appearance earlier this year.<\/p>\n
The 62-year-old was with Lauren, 45, and Eric, 8, in the snap. Simon and Lauren are due to wed in a ceremony later this year.<\/p>\n
On the wedding, Simon said: \u201cI\u2019ve kind of felt myself engaged for a long time, if I\u2019m really being honest with you. Lockdown and Covid was probably make or break for many relationships. We were in the same house for over a year and I thought, \u2018Well, actually, we get on really, really well\u2019. And for Eric, as he gets older, he will be asked more and more about his parents, and I thought it was the right thing to do for him.\u201d<\/p>\n
Speaking about his weight loss, he said: \u201cThe most dramatic period was the first month where most of the weight comes off and you look at yourself and think \u2018wow\u2019. All I do is avoid just red meat \u2013 white meat is fine \u2013 and I eat loads of vegetables, salads and drink this great beer. If you\u2019re on a diet you have to keep the food sensible, but it\u2019s got to be interesting and tasty, then the diet\u2019s surprisingly easy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Simon sparked concern from fans as he appeared on the first episode of Britain\u2019s Got Talent in April.
