Marcus Lemonis has known for a long time how important it is to make workers happy with their jobs and know that they are valued for what they do.<\/p>\n
His philosophy is to be fair and nice to his workers. This makes them care more about their jobs, which makes them more productive in the long run.<\/p>\n
Tami Forbes runs the Key West Key Lime Pie Company shop.<\/p>\n
Tami only gets about $500 US a week, even though she does everything from marketing to stocking the shelves.<\/p>\n
Tami also has two sets of twins who are 8 years old, and she is pregnant with her third child.<\/p>\n
Tami is on her feet for nine hours a day at that job, and she also works a second job to make ends meet. After work, she has to be a mom when she gets home, of course.<\/p>\n
Since Tami was about to go on maternity leave, she was worried about how she would pay her bills.<\/p>\n

Tami is then offered full pay while she is on maternity leave, with the promise of a raise when she returns to work.<\/p>\n
