In a recent episode of her podcast, Doherty said she is responding well to a new type of “cancer infusion” treatment and called the results a “miracle,” though she did not share exactly which drug she’s receiving. Doherty revealed in 2023 that her cancer had spread to her brain and bones. Usually, even very strong chemotherapy isn’t able to pass the blood-brain barrier and target the tumors within the brain, according to Northwestern Medicine.WATCH IT BELOW
