Trump Border Czar Promises Quick Action On Immigration, Illegal Migrants

Tom Homan, a veteran Homeland Security official who has been appointed “border czar” by President-elect Donald Trump,

said during a weekend interview he and the 47th commander-in-chief plan to hit the ground running on the issues

of enhancing security and deporting those in the country illegally.

“Look, we’re not waiting. I’ve already been to the border several times, met with Gov. [Greg] Abbott; I met with the National Sheriffs’ Association, what they can do for us,” Homan began.
