January 6 Prisoners Fight Back, Sue DOJ For $50 Billion, Largest Lawsuit Ever Against the DOJ Watch Below👇

The Department of Justice currently faces a $50 billion lawsuit where over 100 January 6 prisoners have banded together to take action against the federal government.

The legal group Federal Watchdog is representing the prisoners in the “January 6 Restitution and Wrongful Incarceration Lawsuit, the largest lawsuit ever against the DOJ.

“This isn’t just about restitution—it’s about setting a precedent,” said Lang, the founder of the anti-lawfare group. “Weaponized government and lawfare against conservatives can never become the standard in America.

Federal Watchdog claims that the FBI pursued plaintiffs who had protested at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and described them as being “hunted down like animals.”

Lang continued, “The damage to children who have spent four years without their fathers at home cannot be put into monetary value. But we must begin the healing process by holding those responsible for our unconstitutional,

cruel & unusual torture accountable! We’re standing up to secure restitution for the thousands of broken lives left in the wake of the January 6 persecution. This is about giving these families a chance to rebuild.”

Conservatives on social media have reacted to the news, where Mario Nawfal, postedon X, “🚨$50 BILLION CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST DOJ” More than 100 Jan 6ers have filed a $50 billion class action lawsuit against the Department of Justice, alleging wrongful incarceration and harm under what they describe as a “weaponized justice system.””

The conservative social media commentator continued, “The lawsuit, led by Jake Lang and supported by Federal Watchdog, seeks restitution for lost businesses, homes, careers, and emotional damage caused by prolonged imprisonment. Set to be filed in January 2025, the case aims to highlight their “experiences and advocate for justice.””

Various other users praised the legal group for taking on the DOJ, which some have criticized as being weaponized against conservatives. One person commented on the matter, “This is the kind of action we need! We need to keep these brave men and women in our prayers, for God to give them strength, wisdom and power to keep these people accountable. They need the Holy Spirit’s help.”

Another comment read, “Finally, someone’s taking a stand against the corrupt DOJ! This lawsuit is long overdue, and I’m thrilled to see Jan 6ers fighting back against the injustice they’ve faced. The weaponization of our justice system is a threat to us all. Let’s hope this lawsuit brings accountability and change to the DOJ. The American people deserve better than a two-tiered system of justice.”

Another person commented, “Prayers for justice and restoration and restitution for all that the patriots lost. May those who illegally participated in unfair law fare and using their office to administer unjust sentences receive the retribution they so rightly deserve. Loss of law licenses would be a good start.”

Echoing sentiment regarding the weaponization of the justice system, another person wrote, “Weaponised justice system is probably the softest way to describe the way these people were prosecuted. The way the media portrayed their actions, you’d truly think this was the beginning of a civil war.
