Put uncooked rice in a slow cooker with these 4 ingredients. It’s like heaven in a bowl.

This rice pudding is delightful on its own, but you can elevate it by serving it with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For a bit of crunch, sprinkle some toasted almonds or walnuts on top.

It pairs beautifully with a cup of hot tea or coffee, making it a lovely end to any meal.
Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient Rice Pudding
Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 cup of raw white rice
4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Add the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the rice is tender and the pudding is creamy. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once cooked, give it a good stir and serve warm. Enjoy!
