A wealthy man challenges a redneck named Leroy to a dangerous bet, but the outcome surprises everyone, including the rich man.
At a party, Leroy unexpectedly ends up in a pool with an alligator. The crowd watches in shock as Leroy fights the gator, defeating it by poking it in the eye, punching, and strangling it. As Leroy climbs out, the host, amazed, says, “Well, Leroy, I guess I owe you a million dollars.”
Despite winning, Leroy refuses the rich man’s offers of a million dollars, a Porsche, a Rolex, and stock options. Each time, Leroy declines.
Finally, when asked what he really wants, Leroy simply says, “I am seeking the name of the sumbitch who pushed me into the pool.” His response leaves everyone stunned, highlighting his true motivation.
