when Andre, riding his motorcycle, collided head-on with a 17-year-old driver who was behind the wheel without a license. According to Vitor Dutra, the local
chief of police, the young driver, whose identity has yet to be revealed, struck Andre’s motorcycle while attempting to cross the road.
