I Am Done With Starbucks, Their Ultra Woke Ad Took it Too Far! Watch Below

Starbucks India has faced massive backlash from the advertisement. Political commentator, Rukshan Fernando tweeted,

“Starbucks facing a backlash in India after going full Bud Light. If saturating the market with a mediocre

US coffee brand wasn’t bad enough, now they are bringing their woke corporate culture to the Sub-Continent.”

One user tweeted in Starbucks India’s comment section, “It is deeply disconcerting to witness the rapid erosion of cultural identity in our current era.

Certain liberal forces persistently normalize practices that appear to undermine the very fabric of our cherished traditions and deeply held values.

The pace at which this unsettling phenomenon unfolds is cause for genuine alarm. It is NOT a coincidence. It is a deliberate strategy.”

Another user weighed in, “I am a huge starbucks fan Virtually spend thousands of rupees in their coffee shop every year But still i can’t believe why

@StarbucksIndia would launch a woke campaign in the name of advertisement? Can’t they just market their coffee and service to India Their service is the best in the world Who designs such campaigns to guilt

trip people which don’t appeal/apply to even 0.1 % Indians Perhaps I should my allegiance to Thirdwave coffee which has better coffee and equally good service and interiors like #Starbucks.“

Another person commented, “What are you promoting @Starbucks…Don’t promote such culture…we don’t want any lessons on the acceptance of

such immoral values…we are Bharatvasis & we are very proud of our civilization all culture..we aren’t

some #BollywoodVultures to Promote such culture Abstain fm such Ads #KaranJohar.”

HE PUT HIS HAND ON MY BELLY—RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY PARENTS I don’t know if he did it on purpose, but it sure felt intentional. We were out in Bar Harbor with my parents for the weekend. They’ve always been… polite to Dariel. Never outright rude, but you can feel that weird tension sometimes. My dad tries too hard, over-laughs at his jokes. My mom avoids saying his name like it’s a trigger word. Still, I figured things were fine enough. We’d been married almost a year, and this was the first time they invited us on a little trip. Progress, right? Anyway, we were on a trail overlooking the water, and my mom wanted to snap a photo of us. I stood next to Dariel, just smiling like usual. But right before the camera clicked, he slid his hand around my waist and rested it gently—very deliberately—on my stomach. Not low like a casual hold. Not high like a hug. Dead center. Right over my belly. My mom lowered the phone. My dad blinked. No one said a word, and I just stood there frozen, wondering if they noticed. I mean, of course they noticed. You’d have to be blind not to. I glanced at Dariel, but he just kept smiling like nothing happened. Thing is… we hadn’t told anyone yet. Not even close. I wasn’t even sure we were going to tell them anytime soon. Later that night, my mom pulled me aside at the inn. She didn’t ask directly, just stared at me with that smile she uses when she’s pretending not to be upset. And Dariel? He was already acting like the secret’s out. I don’t know if he did it to force the conversation… or to see how they’d react. But what he doesn’t know is what my mom said to me after that photo. — — — continues in the first 🗨⬇ — — —
