A woman went into a salon in Wisconsin and looked over every product. She was given a look by one of the stylists, and they started conversing.

Kate Langman discovered that the woman had not had her hair washed in six months, was depressed, and had not left the house. For six months, she had let her hair fall back in its natural state.

The woman failed to show up, despite the girl’s offer to schedule an appointment for the following day.

Kate told The Huffington Post, “When I saw her like that, my heart broke.” However, when the woman returned to the door a month later, Kate had her hair perfectly styled in around nine hours. The outcome was amazing.
