Baby Called “Hideous” and “Defective” for Red Birthmark, But Wait Until You See This Adorable Child Now

Like every other human being, a newborn baby is gorgeous in its own special way.

Angelica was born in 2018 to delighted parents and siblings. Her already gorgeous features were complimented by a heart-shaped port wine stain. Sadly, not everyone recognized the significance of her unique stamp.

Despite having a birthmark, Angelica’s mother claims that her daughter is accepted and loved by the family, although some people feel free to criticize her appearance.

The worst internet remark I’ve ever received questioned whether she had shoved her face onto a griddle.

The mother of Angelica, Marianna Bowering, told the Mirror that her daughter’s face had been described as “grilled.”

Marianna noted that her daughter has occasionally been referred to as “hideous” and a “defect.”

The family was severely influenced by this and it made their problems worse, but they were adamant on getting past it.

The members of Angelica’s family urged her to accept herself as she is, regardless of what others might think.

Marianna painted her daughter’s face to resemble Angelica’s birthmark in the hopes that it would cheer her up.

“I got the idea from vascular birthmark awareness day, where they encourage people to paint a heart on the cheeks,” the mother reportedly told The Epoch Times. “At first, I just used my makeup to create a heart, but then I thought, why not go all out and create Angelica’s port wine stain?”

Every time someone attempted to ‘comfort’ Marianna by telling her that her daughter’s mark would eventually disappear or that she could cover it up with makeup as she grew older only made this mother feel even worse because she couldn’t help but wonder if Angelica would be forced to conceal her natural beauty rather than embrace it.

It served as a strong reminder that society has standards for what members of the group should look like.

Angelica’s loved ones have urged her to embrace her distinctive features. Sometimes Marianna would put glitter over her daughter’s wine port stain to make it shimmer.

Marianna stated of her daughter, “Thankfully, we’ve done tests and Angelica is totally healthy,” referring to the possibility that kids with these kinds of birthmarks could have serious health issues. We simply require routine examinations, particularly for her eyes because glaucoma may be a problem.

It’s excellent that Angelica is coming to accept and even love her birthmark, in our opinion.

You must admit that she is a beautiful young lady.
