Obama thought he was protected. But now he\’s…See more

According to Just the News reporter John Solomon, a new legal scenario means Obama can be subpoenaed and forced to testify about his role in the 2016 Russiagate operation.

Here’s the twist: Obama enjoys immunity for presidential actions. But if he lies under oath — even once — that immunity vanishes.

“If he lies as a private citizen about what he did as President, he’ll no longer have that immunity,” Solomon explained in a live interview. “That’s the trap.”

January 5, 2017: The Setup

Solomon reports that Obama presided over a White House meeting where top officials plotted to trap incoming NSA Michael Flynn. They had just cleared him, but still crafted a plan to get him into an interview, catch him in a lie, and prosecute him.

Now, Solomon warns, Obama could be walking into the same trap he helped set.

Tulsi Gabbard Drops New Docs

Adding fuel to the fire, Tulsi Gabbard released new documents Friday alleging the Obama administration fabricated the Russia collusion narrative entirely to discredit Trump before he entered office.

Trump’s response? “He’s guilty. This was treason.”

Democrats are scrambling, insiders admit. Many urge Obama to stay silent as the media spotlight intensifies.

But with grand jury rules now at play — and no Fifth Amendment protection — one false move could end Obama’s defense for good.
